Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is designed to assist low-income District of Columbia residents who face housing emergencies.  An emergency through this program is defined as a situation in which immediate action is needed to avoid homelessness or eviction, to re-establish a home or prevent displacement from a home.
