DESCRIPTION:Full SPDAT training reviews the comprehensive assessment that examines all components of client’s lives including health\, risks\, daily living skills and housing and homelessness. Only staff who have completed the VI-SPDAT/TAY-VI-SPDAT training will be able to register for the Full SPDAT training. The Full SPDAT is only recommended to be completed with clients if the V-SPDAT is not reflective of their pervasive medical or mental health needs or if the client is not able to respond to the VI-SPDAT survey questions directly as multiple sources\, with consent\, are used to gather information for the Full SPDAT.\nAudience: Staff serving clients directly – case managers\, outreach staff\, etc.
