DESCRIPTION:This training will cover the domains and components of the VI-SPDAT & TAY-VI-SPDAT tool as well as an overview of the CAHP system. Following this training\, providers will be able to administer the VI-SPDAT and TAY-VI-SPDAT with clients experiencing homelessness. This training will also cover how to enter VI-SPDAT and TAY-VI-SPDAT information into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and SkanPoint. \nAudience: Staff serving clients directly Ð case managers\, outreach staff\, etc.; Program staff who require CAHP system visibility in HMIS for reporting or housing connection purposes Ð PSH and RRH case managers\, etc. \nPre-requisites: DC 100 Basics of Data Entry training\, DC 101-104 HMIS Workflow training (choose the one for the population you serve/type of service provided)\, signed HMIS User License Agreement
