The FY24-25 Youth Homelessness NOFO was opened by HUD on June 10, 2026. Interested applicants should review the NOFO and Registration and may submit their responses directly to HUD using the instructions found within the NOFO.
The CoC Builds NOFO was opened on June 23, 2026. CoCs may select one applicant in response. TCP will work with the selected applicant to submit their materials through e-snaps, HUD’s electronic application submission portal.
TCP recommends that you review the NOFO in its entirety. Since proposals are due to HUD by July 23 and materials are not yet available, please send a description (including budget) of your proposed project to me via email by COB on July 8. TCP will work with ICH (the CoC Board) to select a proposal to move forward, and TCP will work with the selected organization between July 8 and 23 to finalize the submission.
