The Community Partnership created the DC HMIS Standard Operating Procedures to outline the roles and responsibilities of all agencies and persons accessing the DC HMIS data. The SOP and its attachments contain essential and helpful information about how DC HMIS data is secure and protected. All Providers using the DC HMIS must read this document fully and train every end user within its agency and programs to understand its contents.
